📖 Plot Summary
Housefull 5 begins with billionaire Ranjeet Dobriyal celebrating his 100th birthday on a luxury cruise. But the celebration turns grim as he suddenly dies of a heart attack. The chaos begins when it’s revealed that his heir is “Jolly” — but three different men named Jolly claim the fortune!
Things spiral further when the doctor scheduled to confirm the heir via DNA test is found murdered. Panic erupts, and all three Jollys and their wives are locked up onboard. Enter two disgraced cops — Baba and Bhiddu — trying to redeem their careers by solving the case on the moving cruise ship.
The film then unfolds into a wild ride of confusion, deception, hilarious mishaps, and multiple murders, as everyone becomes a suspect and secrets unravel. Interestingly, the film has two alternate versions (Housefull 5A and 5B) — each with a different ending and a new murderer.

🎭 Review & Verdict
Housefull 5 dares to go beyond slapstick and into the realm of whodunnit — all while keeping its signature over-the-top humor alive. The writing is clever, the screenplay chaotic in a good way, and performances, especially by Akshay, Riteish, and Abhishek, are crowd-pleasing.
The dual-ending gimmick is bold and offers fans an interactive twist. However, the runtime could’ve been trimmed in parts. The visual production, especially the luxury cruise and international locations, give the film a grand and glossy feel.
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)
💬 Final Thoughts
